Resident Directors
New Canaan A Better Chance

The New Canaan ABC program seeks a highly motivated couple to serve as Resident Directors. Interviews will be conducted this spring for a start date in August 2013.

RDs are responsible for the welfare and supervision of eight high school boys and the ABC House.

Compensation and benefits include: stipend, free year-round private quarters in the ABC House and food during the school year. Benefits are not included.

Experience and education requirements: College degree and 5 years equivalent work experience, including 3 years working with teens.
