Suzan Morno-Wade was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Xerox in November 2018. She is also an Executive Vice President of Xerox Holdings Corporation and serves as a member of the company’s Executive Committee reporting directly to the Vice Chairman and CEO.
Morno-Wade works in partnership with senior leadership to drive a human capital strategy that facilitates the company’s transformation, future growth and success. Specifically, she is focused on instilling best practices around organization capability, diversity and inclusion, talent management, learning, total rewards and the work environment.
She joined Xerox in 2016 as Vice President of Global Total Rewards to lead the company’s compensation and benefits strategy after having spent 10 years with Hess Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility.
Over a 25-year period, Morno-Wade has worked across a broad spectrum of industries including technology, oil and gas, industrial and consumer goods. She has extensive experience in all compensation-related matters and is often viewed as an expert on aligning a company’s Total Rewards strategy with their business and operating strategies.
Black Enterprise, the premier resource for African American professionals, recognized Morno-Wade for her professional contributions and named her one of the “Most Powerful Women in Corporate America” in 2019.
She serves on the Board of Directors of A Better Chance, a nonprofit organization focused on increasing the number of well-educated young people of color in the United States.
Morno-Wade began her career in finance, is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program, holds multiple human resources certifications as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
